I have a wide variety of experiences in case management and counseling, predominantly in providing services to children and adolescents (including family services)- see the "About Me" page for more details.
My counseling services are provided through a holistic lens, incorporating Polyvagal informed practices with additional treatment modalities that I am trained & certified in (such as EMDR and TF-CBT). We will come up with a plan for our counseling sessions together that meets the unique wants and needs you have for your counseling sessions.
Additionally, I have lived experiences in Alzheimer's/dementia caregiving, infertility/IVF, divorce & life transitions, dog bite trauma, ADD/ADHD, and insomnia/hypersomnolence.

Therapy intensive sessions for individuals/couples & families (please note insurance does not cover more than an hour per session, so multi-hour therapy intensives are self-pay. Please contact me and we can discuss your needs to provide an individualized multi-hour counseling intensive and price quote.
